We were very lucky to have been referred to Mary Robbins by friends of ours. Mary quickly understood our goals and set about making them happen. For over a year Mary made every effort to guide us in finding a suitable residence in a difficult market. After looking at multiple properties that did not work for us for various reasons Mary arranged for us to get a pre-listing viewing of a property that was a very good fit. We entered into a contract within 24 hours. Within 72 hours Mary found buyers for our current home. We contracted to sell our home less than 24 hours later. Both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our residence were closed with no problems within 6 weeks. Mary worked tirelessly. Once an offer was received she handled the negotiations quickly and finalized all the details to keep the process on track. Despite some last minute delays on the buyer's part, she kept everything moving along to avoid rescheduling the closing.

We thought Mary was excellent! We got along right from the start. Our first agent was lazy. We did not have as many showings as we thought we would, he never came for the showings we did have. He also did not communicate very well. After the first couple months if I did not contact him, I don't think I would have heard from him. We were sorry we wasted so much time with him having the listing.

Overall I couldn't have asked for more. Mary can be a little on the blunt side (for some people this doesn't resonate well, me in he other hand appreciated it) but overall she was committed and followed through with everything she promised. Mary Robbins is the type of person who goes above and beyond. She will not stop until everything is perfect and everyone is satisfied. Her many years of expertise and passion for buying/selling homes not only helps you feel supported, but helps you enjoy the experience.
